Turns out, not every roof is a goldmine for solar panels.
You might think you just need sun. But that’s only half the story.
First, we look at your roof. Is it old? Leaky? That needs fixing before anything shiny goes on top.
Then comes the shade. A big tree or a neighbor’s chimney can kill your power output. We measure that.
Direction matters, too. South-facing is best. East and west? Still good. North? Not so much.
We also check your local weather. Cloudy cities still work. But you get less juice.
Finally, we crunch the numbers. How much power do you actually use? When do you use it?
The answer isn’t always a yes. Sometimes the math just doesn’t add up. But when it does, the savings can be huge.
