The DLXN-F5400 is a 51.2 V 400 Ah home battery rated at 20.48 kWh, built around EVE grade-A LiFePO4 cells in a wide, low floor-standing cabinet. It is designed for properties where storage is no longer a backup accessory but part of the energy strategy: large rooftops, heat-pump heating, EV charging and time-of-use arbitrage on the same pack.
20 kWh with EVE cells
The 400 Ah configuration stores 20.48 kWh, enough to cover a full winter evening plus a morning heat-pump cycle in a well-insulated home. EVE grade-A prismatic cells are used throughout, managed by a Jia Baida smart BMS, and the pack is rated for 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. Continuous current is 200 A with a 300 A peak, so a 10 kW discharge into a three-phase inverter sits comfortably inside the continuous rating.
Low, wide cabinet for easy handling
At 1100 x 305 x 480 mm the cabinet is deliberately low and wide rather than tall: it stays stable in a garage, fits beneath a workbench line, and can be moved on castors before the DC cables are landed. Net weight is 155 kg and gross 160 kg in a 1140 x 350 x 620 mm carton. The 43.2 to 57.6 VDC operating window and CAN / RS485 interfaces keep inverter pairing straightforward across mainstream 48 V hybrid platforms.
Monitoring and environmental tolerance
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi give the homeowner live state of charge and alarm history, and the 7-inch touch screen with fourteen languages supports commissioning by local installers. An integrated fire protection device is fitted as standard; the unit operates from -20 C to +60 C at up to 95% relative humidity and up to 2,000 m altitude.
Compliance and warranty
The F5400 ships with IEC 62619, UN38.3 and MSDS documentation, a five-year warranty and a design life beyond fifteen years. Where a site needs more, a second cabinet can be paralleled instead of replacing the first.
