The DLXN-GC100/GC120 is an integrated outdoor energy storage cabinet built around 0.5C / 3.2V / 314Ah aluminum-case LiFePO4 cells. Battery modules are laser-welded into 1P20S / 64V / 314Ah PACKs of 20 kWh each; five or six PACKs form a single cluster delivering 100 kWh (GC100) or 120 kWh (GC120). The cabinet connects directly to a BMS high-voltage box and a hybrid inverter — commonly a 50kW unit — forming a complete C&I storage system for peak shaving, backup power and hybrid microgrids.

- Smart climate control: 1.5 kW intelligent HVAC maintains cabinet temperature automatically for stable operation in harsh outdoor environments.
- Two-tier BMS: cabinet-level BCU plus PACK-level BMU with daisy-chain communication, monitoring cell voltage, temperature, SOC/SOH, insulation resistance and full protection set (over/under voltage, current, temperature, short circuit, insulation, relay diagnostics).
- Outdoor rated: IP55 enclosure with C3 corrosion protection, single-door front access for maintenance.
- Standards compliant: GB/T 36558-2023, GB/T 36276-2023, GB/T 34131-2023, GB/T 34120-2023 and NB/T 33014/33015 series.
Typical applications
Commercial and industrial peak shaving, demand charge reduction, uninterruptible backup for facilities and telecom sites, and hybrid microgrids combining rooftop PV, a 50kW hybrid inverter and grid or generator input. Multiple cabinets can be paralleled for larger energy targets.
