Product Description

The DLXN-HELIO2-5K-CN is an intelligent dual-axis solar tracking system built around the in-house SmartTrack 3.0 algorithm platform. The standard installed capacity is 5.08 kW and the architecture accepts an expandable range of 3-12.7 kW, so the same platform can be scaled to the planned photovoltaic array rather than replaced. Tracking accuracy is stated at ±0.5°. Orientation feedback refreshes every 300 ms, and the orientation sensor is accurate to ±0.3° with 0.1° resolution. Position input comes from BeiDou, GPS and GLONASS, which is combined with astronomical solar-position calculation, Kalman state estimation and deep-learning prediction to produce a target orientation for the two drive axes. Real-time sensor feedback is compared against that target, the axes are commanded, and operating limits are supervised continuously; a 12-mode strategy library with scene recognition handles adaptive switching between clear, cloudy, windy and protective states. The platform is designed for a 25-year design life and is supplied with technical, installation-preparation and maintenance documentation that define foundation, lifting, electrical connection and commissioning requirements. Remote monitoring and operating modes support observation, parameter management and service planning from PC or mobile. Typical applications are commercial and industrial rooftop or ground arrays, distributed generation projects and demonstration sites where measured tracking performance and remote supervision matter. Generation estimates are site-dependent and are assessed against the source assumptions rather than quoted as guaranteed output. Final capacity, interfaces and mode identifiers are confirmed per project, and the delivered configuration governs. All power ratings are nominal at STC. The delivery set includes a technical volume with the full source specification, electrical ratings and component data, an installation preparation guide covering foundation, lifting, assembly, connection and commissioning, and a maintenance manual for inspection, cleaning, electrical checks and firmware identification. Source notes identify historical project examples, performance comparisons and commercial assumptions retained as source material rather than current quotations, and record that tracking ranges and mode identifiers vary within the source. Generation figures are therefore treated as site-dependent estimates to be validated against the project's own irradiation data. The HELIO² platform pairs a 5.08 kW standard configuration with expandable capacity, dual-axis accuracy of ±0.5° and full remote supervision.
