Product Description

The DLXN-SZGZ-X is a configurable dual-axis solar tracking station for distributed generation projects. The basic table specifies 650 W modules (DLXN-650M-36) in a quantity of 8 to 16, so array capacity is selected per site instead of being fixed by the structure. A single support column is offered in 2.1 m or 2.6 m options. Orientation covers 0-240° azimuth and 0-85° elevation in the basic tracking table, at ±0.5° tracking accuracy. The drive is a 24 V DC motor rated 91 W and 120 N·m; control supply is 220 V AC / 24 V DC. Net weight is approximately 680 kg (750 kg packed). The unit is specified with a wind-protection behaviour: when the safety threshold is exceeded the array moves to the configured protective position. Control and supervision run on HELIO² SmartTrack 3.0, which combines astronomical solar position, Kalman state estimation and a 12-mode strategy library with dual-axis DC drive and PID position closure. The monitoring platform reports operating status, energy production, alarms and remote controller interaction, so array behaviour and generation can be reviewed off site from PC or mobile. Applications include commercial rooftops, industrial parks, carport and canopy projects, agricultural sites and other distributed installations where a rectangular module layout on one column suits the available space. Project planning coordinates foundation, movement clearance, electrical interfaces, network access and service requirements for the selected module count; the technical, installation and maintenance documents supplied with the model define exact motion limits, wiring and service access. All power ratings are nominal at STC, and the approved electrical schedule and foundation drawing govern. Documentation arrives as three volumes: technical specification and electrical ratings, installation instructions for foundation, lifting, assembly, connection and commissioning, and a maintenance manual covering inspection, cleaning, fastener and electrical checks. Source notes flag conflicting tracking ranges elsewhere in the source, a malformed system entry, and the need to match the included 3000 W inverter table to the selected array, so a project-specific approved electrical schedule and foundation drawing are used. Configurable from 8 to 16 modules on one column, the SZGZ-X gives distributed-generation projects a documented dual-axis platform with remote monitoring, wind-protection behaviour and ±0.5° tracking accuracy.
