An awning that earns its keep: the DLXN-M10-230W is dimensioned for shade structures — pergolas, walkway canopies, forecourt shelters — where 1535×765×35 mm of glazing replaces a fabric panel and the frame doubles as the mounting rail. At 12.5 kg with a 35 mm deep profile it spans between purlins without visible sag.
Highest current in the family
Rated 230W from sixty-four 182 mm cells at 18.5% module efficiency. The electricals are Vmpp 18.85V, Impp 12.2A, Voc 21.85V and Isc 12.85A, tolerance 0/+3W. That 12.85A short-circuit current is the number that drives cable and protection selection: the module carries a 15A maximum series fuse rather than the 10A used lower in the range, so string fusing and DC isolator ratings must be checked before paralleling. The 1000 VDC system voltage supports long canopy strings feeding a single inverter.
Structural and thermal behaviour
Glazing is 3.2 mm tempered, the perimeter anodized aluminium, the junction box sealed to IP67 — and the load figures of 5400 Pa front against 2400 Pa rear are the pair that counts when a canopy panel hangs over a walkway and is inspected from below. Operating range -40 to +85°C, NOCT 45.3°C. With Pmax falling 0.41% per °C, Voc 0.34% and Isc gaining 0.06%, a ventilated canopy mount at 30 mm standoff keeps cell temperature lower than a flush roof fix and returns measurably more energy across a summer.

Canopy layouts, purlin spacing and cable routing are worth settling before steel is ordered. Browse the panel catalogue, check the small application modules page for related formats, or book a layout review.
