Square, light and deliberately unglamorous, the DLXN-M10-90W is the module pattern that ends up on remote checkpoints, fire lookouts and ranger posts where the transport is a mule, a snowmobile or a pair of boots. At 770×650×25 mm and 5.85 kg it stacks and straps into a hard case, and the near-square outline wastes little space in a crate.
Numbers for a standalone post
Peak output is 90W, with Vmpp 18.79V, Impp 4.79A, Voc 21.8V and Isc 5.03A under a 0/+3W tolerance. Thirty-two 182 mm cells yield 17.0% module efficiency. The 500 VDC system ceiling supports a small string for a 24V radio and lighting bus, while a single module paired with a 12V MPPT controller is the usual field configuration. Expect 300-350 Wh on a clear day at mid-latitude, which covers a 20W radio in receive mode plus LED task lighting and a satellite messenger charger.
Ruggedisation that shows up in service
The laminate bonds 3.2 mm tempered glazing to an anodized aluminium perimeter, terminates in a potted IP67 junction box, and carries a mechanical rating of 5400 Pa from the front against 2400 Pa from behind. Nocturnal desert swings are the real test, and the -40 to +85°C operating range with 45.3°C NOCT is quoted for exactly that duty cycle. Power falls 0.41% per °C above 25°C, Voc 0.34%, while Isc climbs 0.06% per °C — a warm panel makes slightly more current and noticeably less voltage, which is why controllers with true MPPT outperform PWM units at these small array sizes.
Deployment and spares
Frame drilling can be omitted entirely for clamp-only mounting, and connector type is selectable for field repairability. See the small application module range for related footprints, the main panel index for higher ratings, or request a quotation with your site's daily energy figure.
