Product Description
The DLXN-SSZ2000 is a three-axis solar sunflower designed for sites where photovoltaic generation has to function as landscape architecture. A ten-petal module array rated at 2,000 W (STC) sits on a 2.0 m column and opens to a 4.0 m deployed diameter, with an overall deployed height of about 3.2 m. Azimuth rotation (0-360°), elevation adjustment (0-85°) and a dedicated opening/closing drive axis (0-323°) operate as three separate motions, so the array can track the sun, fold into a compact vertical profile for night-time or storm protection, and retract without loading the tracking axes.
Tracking accuracy is ±0.5°, with ten 200 W modules (±5%) connected in series. The system is specified for operation from -25 to 60 °C at 0-85% relative humidity. Net weight is approximately 500 kg (600 kg packed), shipped in a 2600 × 1370 × 1040 mm table pack, which keeps lifting, transport and foundation planning predictable.
Movement is governed by the in-house HELIO² SmartTrack 3.0 platform: astronomical solar position and Kalman state estimation feed a 12-mode strategy library, while dual-axis DC drives with PID position control close the loop. PC and mobile interfaces expose operating status, mode selection and parameter management for supervised installations.
Typical applications are business campuses, public squares, parks and landscaped gardens, where the deployed flower reads as a deliberate spatial element rather than added equipment. Foundation sizing, movement clearances, electrical interfaces and service access are fixed per project against the model installation and maintenance documents. All power ratings are nominal at STC; final output depends on location and operating conditions, and the approved order configuration governs delivery.
Three documentation volumes ship with the model: a technical volume carrying the full source specification, electrical ratings and component data; an installation volume covering foundation, lifting, mechanical assembly, electrical connection and commissioning; and a maintenance volume covering inspection, cleaning, fastener and electrical checks, firmware identification and service procedures. Model-specific source notes flag the areas where the original documents disagree, so voltage values, packing drawings and axis references are reconciled before wiring, lifting or firmware selection. In short, the SSZ2000 delivers 2.0 kW of tracked generation inside a 4.0 m landscape element that can protect itself, be supervised remotely and be specified against a documented mechanical and electrical baseline.
