Product Description

The DLXN-SZ1200 is a dual-axis solar sunflower intended for parks, business campuses and private gardens, where a photovoltaic installation is expected to be seen as well as to perform. Ten petal modules rated at 1,200 W (STC) form a radial array with a 3.6 m deployed diameter, carried on a 2.0 m or 2.8 m column option; the 2.8 m version reaches an overall height of approximately 3.8 m. Dual-axis movement follows solar azimuth and elevation (0-360° / 0-85°) at ±0.5° tracking accuracy, using location, time and sensor feedback. Each module is rated 120 W ±5% at 24 V and 5 A, giving an array operating point of 240 V DC and 5 A. The system enclosure is rated IP54 and the operating range is -25 to 60 °C at 0-85% relative humidity, covering four-season outdoor deployment. Net weight is approximately 600 kg (700 kg packed). Day-to-night behaviour is part of the design: the array is positioned horizontally at night, which supports automatic underside LED lighting and gives the installation an evening role in the landscape. Wind protection changes the array position when the configured threshold is exceeded, with final thresholds set at commissioning. Control runs on HELIO² SmartTrack 3.0, combining astronomical calculation, sensor fusion and a 12-mode strategy library with dual-axis DC drive and PID position control. Remote supervision covers operating status, mode selection and parameter management from PC or mobile. Applications include landscaped parks, corporate campuses, plazas and private gardens. Foundations, electrical connections and service access are planned for each site, and the technical, installation and maintenance documents supplied with the model define the exact motion limits, clearances and wiring. Ratings are nominal at STC and the approved configuration governs. Documentation is delivered as three separate volumes — technical, installation and maintenance — covering the full specification and electrical ratings, then foundation, lifting, assembly, connection and commissioning, and finally inspection, cleaning, fastener and electrical checks with firmware identification. Model-specific source notes identify the module designation and packing dimensions that differ between source tables, so the module identification and delivered column version are confirmed before procurement. With IP54 enclosure protection, a 240 V DC array operating point and dual-axis control, the SZ1200 gives a 1.2 kW tracked installation that is documented, serviceable and sized for landscape-scale projects.
