Product Description

The DLXN-SZ2400 is the larger member of the DLXNPOWER solar sunflower family, developed for plazas, campuses and landscape projects that need a substantial photovoltaic presence. Ten petal modules rated at 2,400 W (STC) deploy to a 4.6 m diameter array on a 2.8 m single support column, reaching an overall height of approximately 3.485 m. The array uses DLXN-240M-36 modules rated 240 W ±5% at 24 V and 10 A. Dual-axis control drives the deployed array through 0-360° azimuth and 0-85° elevation at ±0.5° tracking accuracy, with the controller calculating solar position from location and time before commanding the two drive axes. Operating conditions are -25 to 60 °C at 0-85% relative humidity. Net weight is approximately 962 kg (1162 kg packed), so foundation design, lifting equipment and transport route are confirmed early in the project. Horizontal night positioning supports underside LED lighting after dark, and the configured wind-protection sequence moves the array to a safe attitude when thresholds are exceeded. Control is provided by HELIO² SmartTrack 3.0: astronomical solar position, Kalman state estimation and a 12-mode strategy library feed dual-axis DC drives under PID position control, with PC and mobile supervision of status, modes and parameters. Because the 4.6 m petal arrangement becomes part of the site composition, foundation layout, movement clearance, electrical connection and lighting requirements are coordinated as one package before installation. Applications include public plazas, university and business campuses, and large landscaped gardens. The technical, installation and maintenance documents supplied with the model govern exact motion limits, wiring and service access; all ratings are nominal at STC and the approved order configuration governs. Three document volumes accompany the model: technical data and electrical ratings, installation guidance for foundation, lifting, assembly, connection and commissioning, and a maintenance manual for inspection, cleaning, fastener and electrical checks. Source notes record that the stated 480 V × 10 A array operating point does not match the 2400 W nominal rating with ten 24 V modules in series, so electrical matching and shipping data are resolved before procurement. The result is a 2.4 kW tracked installation in a 4.6 m sculptural form, backed by a documented technical baseline for planners, contractors and operators.
