Product Description

The Eos² SW-034-5200U is an integrated solar carport that combines generation, shading, storage, charging and lighting in a single-column structure covering about 23 m² and two parking spaces. The photovoltaic canopy uses eight 650 W HPBC 2.0 bifacial double-glass modules for a 5.2 kWp array, managed by a 5,000 W single-phase 220 V inverter. Dual-axis tracking is provided by two slewing drives covering ±180° azimuth and 0-90° elevation, with astronomical positioning checked against sensor feedback and a closed-loop accuracy of ≤0.17°. Storage is a 10 kWh nominal (9.0 kWh usable) lithium iron phosphate system with BMS supervision, specified at ≥6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge while retaining ≥80% capacity. AC charging is rated 7 kW at 32 A with dynamic power management; an 11 kW three-phase option is available. Canopy and column lighting totals ≤60 W across the two spaces, controlled by PIR, ambient-light sensing, timer and remote commands. The structure uses a Q355B steel column with a 6063-T5 aluminium frame, is designed for wind speeds ≥32.7 m/s and operates from -30 to +60 °C, with a clear height of 2,900 mm. Protection is layered across mechanical travel limits, self-locking drives and emergency stop; surge, anti-islanding, residual-current and overcurrent protection with BMS supervision; and TLS 1.3 / AES-256-GCM communications with signed OTA updates and role-based access. Weather logic steps from sensing to assessment to a protective array angle, locking at the configured wind threshold. Connectivity spans 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Ethernet, with RS485 and CAN linking internal equipment, and app monitoring covering generation, state of charge, charging and array position. The platform is designed for a 25-year design life with a 5-year system warranty. Illustrative case figures are 9,200 kWh per year and a 30-40% tracking gain versus a fixed array; actual yield depends on irradiation, shading, albedo and maintenance. Installation is planned around the site: parking layout, electrical supply and network access are confirmed before the column, foundation and equipment are fixed. Component terms differ from the system warranty, and the supplied warranty documentation and contract govern the delivered scope.
