Telecom backup sites are specified around one uncomfortable fact: a -48V DC plant with a 2kW rectifier bank will drain a battery string in hours during an outage, and the solar top-up has to hold its voltage while doing it. The DLXN-M10-100W was built for that duty, with a 24.47V Voc that clears the input window of 48V-class MPPT converters and a 1000 VDC system rating that permits long series strings on a mast or a cabinet roof.
String design headroom
The module is rated 100W, reading 21.03V at MPP, 4.76A Impp, 24.47V open circuit and 5.02A short circuit, tolerance 0/+3W. Thirty-six 182 mm cells give 17.0% efficiency in a 940×580×25 mm frame weighing 5.83 kg. With a 10A maximum series fuse and a 1000 VDC ceiling, eight to twelve modules can be strung without approaching limits, which is what makes this rating useful for cabinet-mounted top-up arrays rather than single-panel kits.
Cabinet-grade construction
3.2 mm ultra-white tempered glass, anodized aluminium frame, white TPT backsheet, IP67 junction box. Tested to front 5400 Pa / rear 2400 Pa. Operating range -40 to +85°C, NOCT 45.3°C, with coefficients of -0.41%/°C on Pmax, -0.34%/°C on Voc and +0.06%/°C on Isc — the last one matters on a sealed cabinet roof where cell temperature sits 25-30°C above ambient and current, not voltage, becomes the limiting term in cable sizing.
Procurement
OEM labelling, lead lengths and connector types are configurable for operator standards. Review the full solar panel range, or send your DC plant voltage and outage duration and we will return an array and battery calculation.
